The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, close to shops. Breakfast featured a wide array of Western and Asian options, with an air-conditioned area for a more relaxed experience. The rooms were kept immaculate daily, and they provided fresh towels upon request. I specifically appreciated Kathleen, the guest services manager, because she were great too ensure our satisfaction.

i found the adult only pool had kids in it. it said it was for 16+ but there were many kids around. it defeats the purpose.

i enjoyed the immaculate room. it had a superb design, a great espresso machine, and many tv channels. a convenient working area included plenty of plugs. the hotel has its own mini-mart, a nice touch. breakfast offered a huge variety, a real plus for diverse tastes.

the walk from the hotel to the main road required a bit of effort without personal transportation. infrequent shuttle services were offered. i wish there was a more frequent service.

Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices and constant replenishment, so i could always get what i wanted. This made mornings stress-free. the freshness and variety of the ingredients stood out, showing a commitment to quality. the food was AMAZING!!!

Multiple pools were available. I found spare sunbeds easily enough. a pool was reserved for adults only, offering a quieter space. the pools stayed open until 8pm, so we could enjoy a dip after a long day.
